Hello everyone. I am new to the forum and just had a few questions to ask. I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 express crew cab. I wanted to go with either a 24 or 26" KMC Slide rim with a low profile tire. My question is would I have problems with my front or rear end if I go with this size? Also will it void my lifetime warranty. Also , if I go with a magnaflow or flowmaster muffler , will it void warranty? Thanks to all that reply!

No, you should be fine on all counts. But anytime you install wider or heavier wheels/tires you will increase wear and tear on steering and suspension components. How much? Who knows, but I bet your combo will be a lot less wear and tear than on a stock truck that is off roaded even a moderate amount.

Convert, for now.

I had them in 22" on my truck, I think 24's would be max if I wanted to drive it.

How did you like them and why did you take them off? What size tires did you have? Any calibration to speedometer needed? Was your truck lowered? I wasn't going to lower mine.

I like the look of the slide, I considered them, but found RT's for not much more.

I was very tempted, however.

But they're likely to be the most common 22" you'll see on every ford, chev and ram. Nice looking and nice price point make them that way. They'll be the SRT10 version of popularity from 2009 and up
