Hard to tell but that's quite the knock from what I can hear. I hear some HEMI tick which is not unusual but I also hear quite the knock which sounds like a wrist pin/rod sort of knock.

Agreed, normal valvetrain noise along with a very apparent knock. When I burned a rod bearing on mine it sounded the same.
