Hi folks, any idea what's the largest tire that will fit on stock 17" rims without rubbing or having to change out gears?

It's a Dodge Ram 2500 2WD Hemi V8.

Thanks.

2WD dunno but the 17" Rim will Take 12.5 x 35 but when I tried that I needed a 1/4 spacer for the front upper arm clearance and modified mud flaps. Currently run 285/70 which provide the perfect Beefy look. Anything taller than a 33 inch on a Gas truck even with 4.56 gears is a power-robber. Good luck. Danny

Thanks. Any pics of your truck?

That gives me a few thing to consider. There's a Discount Tire right across the street where I work. I just might stop by one day just to see what they say.
