Last year with locking hub and ram heads on the hood

When i’m looking For my next Ram I would like to get one with locking hubs. I was wondering what was the last year they came with locking hubs? Where can I get a ram head hood ornament to put on the hood of that ram.

The last year they came factory with lock out hubs was 1993 and it was all the first generation hood style
