why would you want stock color? why not just put in the incandescent lights in? im not trying to knock a mod just trying to understand?

Oh I wanted to stay stock color b/c it seems like everybody is doing the switch over to blue.. But the more I think about it it would be cool to switch to blue since my truck is blue and all..haha.. Now I do still have the stock infinity radio can I use the film for that too.

what size are the bulbs behind the vent switches?

vent switches? the hvac control? if that is what you mean and you dont have the dual climate control they will be the same size as the gauge lights. make sure sure sure you spend the extra 1.00 per bulb and get the hp.

I do have the dual climate control.. I just couldn't think of what they were called for some reason

Ah a 2005 will need 11 bulbs, I would order a few extra just in case, high power blue works best.

There is a blue film you can buy, it's called roscolux, it's the stuff theater companies use over stage lights to change the colors of the lights. You can buy it online at places like eBay. All you need to do is gently separate the plastic from the digital gauge, insert the film, and put it back together. You can use a small piece of tape to keep it together. I've never been brave enough to do it lol.
