ok here the whole basket of what happened .
I took my truck a 2015 3500 6.7 Laramie into the Dealer for a engine check light.
They found the code verified the battery heat relay faulty. Replaced ,light out. And slso completed several Recalls at the same time. Ss I am leaving the dealership i turn left and I get a warning my turn signal is inop.so turn around and go back. We check out the turn signals and seem to be working fine not fast normal speed.
The tech checks it out with the code reader and it states failure internal headlamp.
They want 850.00 bucks for the parts.
I bought a replacement lamp same warning no change, I called that headlamp company and they recharged it still a warning light. He refunded me but said there maybe a resistor,or relay causing this problem.
So anybody have a idea of what is going on or wiring manual to help me out?

Thanks
Easy

You can check out the connector wiring here.

Hyper flashing can be caused by short or open. If I read your descriptions correctly it sounds like your bulb is working, so I would think the turn signal current draw is low. Even when set to LED the truck expects around a minimum of 50ma current.

If I read the schematics correctly you could swap the housing side to side and see if the problem follows the housing. Can't drive but should be able to test the turn signals.

I have installed to new replacement headlamps with no relief of the warning light. And I did swap the lamps side to side ,still with the same warning I also tried to reboot the truck disconnected the negative battery posts on both batterys for 10 minutes while reinstalled the lamps. No help, the dealer said they thought afew of the turn signal LEDs were burnt out causing the fault but with 3 lamps i think not there has to be something else causing this issue.

When you swapped sides the light out warning stayed on same side? If so you don't have a headlight problem, you have a wiring or body module issue.

First thing I would try is dielectric grease on the connector. Better yet get some spray electrical contact cleaner and clean the connector and contacts before greasing.

Same thing for me, I replaced the left headlight and now every time i start it it says left turn out. I read somewhere that if you do not fix this it will shout down the truck.

Check for leaks and condensation under the plastic cover over the lights.
