Lemon Law class action lawsuits advertisements

Today is July 14, 2024. In just the past few days I suddenly keep seeing ads online saying something like, "If you own a Ram truck, 2017 or newer, you may be entitled to part of a settlement." Or, "have you had to replace your engine or transmission on your 2017 or newer Ram truck?"

Has anyone else been seeing these ads? They do seem to have more than one law firm asking us to sign up with their firm for representation. Is this just a scam to get our personal information, or is there really some ongoing or recently settled class action lemon law lawsuit that we need to be aware of, and sign on to?

Thanks for the input. Here is just one example of the sort of ad I'm referring to. This one was on Facebook. I've others there similar to this. I've also seen them on the MSN website. I haven't clicked on the "Learn More" link because I don't want to submit any info until I find out if this is legit or not.

I have yet to see these ads in SE Michigan.

I did get an email from a class action that I am automatically a party to, a settlement that involves my 2015 3500 Cummins. Something to do with the emission system. From what I gathered, anyone who bought a RAM HD 2013 through 2018, I think, is included. All I have to do is wait for the check. They said it would be just over $100.
