Well as I dive into this new truck I am seeing that it wouldve been a little easier if I would have went with a non-sport. parts that come anywhere close to the front end are hard to come by.......Custom bumpers and grill guards are in order it seems. Lighting can be mostly stock it seems the stock headlights are fairly easy to find but aftermarket smokes are rare.
It'll be cool when done and it is going to be a pretty cool rig.......I except the challenge! :headbang: So if anyone has some custom bumpers that they put together I'd love to see them so I can start the design on mine.
Also the P.O. had some kind of a guard or something on there and had plates installed where the tow hooks would normaly be. So if anyone has a line on where to find those I'd thankful for the link.
On a possitive note I replaced the Governer Pressure Silinoid and the transducer today and it seems to have corrected my shifting issues that I was having. not to bad of a job to do. Just have to remember to put a BIG pan under the tranny when removing the transmissiion pan......:signs8:

lol nice!! But yea 99 to 01 sports are a pain if you are going to do bull bar or brush guard. otherwise you will just have to cut the front bumper plastic to make them fit. Lights though are a dime a dozen. The only thing you need ans an adapter harness to take the 2 bulb to a one bulb unless you want projectors then those are almost a direct fit.
