Has anyone had any steering issues with a 3 inch body lift?

How was your extension install? Or did you have it installed at a shop?

Had an off road shop install it, they said it could be my tie rods but it didn't have this issue before they put the lift on it

ok, this is obviously cheaper than a full suspension lift -- what's the average based on what yall have done?

I imagine you're all replacing the UCAs with the level too?

The 3 inch body lift I bought was 359 plus 6 hours of labor to install so I paid 906 out the door, I also have rancho quicklift loaded struts on and that gave me about an inch and a half for the level maybe 2 inches. I haven't replaced anything else as I don't do extreme off roading and the uca doesn't hit anything and I have put 20k+ on the level kit. Only issue I have had was after body lift was installed and I believe it's just the extension bolt isn't tight enough and will need to put washers on

No. Had a hard time getting connector off though. I would jack the body up and try to get it off and then jack some more ,try to get it off. I finally stopped and Googled it. YouTube video came up showing to completely remove the set screws from steering connector. Once I took them out it came right off. Probably came close to pulling the steering shaft out up in the firewall. The exhaust shop said it can be a ***** to get back in if I would have. I guess it's a fine spline? Maybe your shop did this?
