Not a fan ... Bilstein is a better way to level ...

And how do they plan to fit 12.50’s on stock wheels without rubbing the UCA ?

the price for the tires sounds high to me. Also like Bowersfj is referring to, 12.5" wide tires will most likely rub on the UCA with the stock 20x9 wheels

BFG KO2s 35-12.50-20 on 20x9 chrome clad didn't rub on mine when I had them. BFG are usually a hair smaller than most while Nittos are normally bigger than the average for that size. I bought the spacers a head of time because to many people like to repeat what they hear vs actual experience. That was another $210 pissed away and sit on the shelf.

it's not really people just repeating what they hear, its experience and lots of data to back up that MOST people have rubbing with a 35x12.5x20 tire on 20x9 rims, but not all.

Sorry you also spent $210 on spacers that you didn't need when you could have gone to autozone and got (2) 1/4" spacers for $15 and then returned them when you found out that you didn't need them.

stock wheels with 35s May rub the beefier UCA’s but atleast from personal experience they did not rub the stock ones nor the spindles.

Anyhow, are you truly wanting 35s? If so, as stated the bilstiens are a fine option, if you want the beefier UCA’s then get new wheels or a cheap spaced kit. And what tires exactly? All Nittos are “grapplers” in the truck models.

Save ur self the head ache, go with the coil over. be it Billstein or Eibach or what ever brand. It’s only a little more money but it is well worth it. The guy who sold my wife our 3” kit told my wife he had the same set up on his ram. One of the times I stopped by his shop, I looked at his ram.. it’s a 4x2 truck.. so it clearly does not have the same kit... I’m currently negotiating with them to remove the spacers and go with Eibachs

The Nitto Tires are Nitto Ridge Grapplers 35x12,5x20, since then I've gotten a quote for BFG Ko2's 35x12.5x20 for $1500 out the door from another tire store. which tire is a better deal, the Ko2"s for $1500 or the Ridge Grapplers for $1800?

Price is obvious, wintry performance/weight/miles until they are fully bald is KO2 as well, that leaves you to pick the set you like the most.

That tire price is a bit high, especially if you're providing the 20" wheels. Go with the Bilstein 5100s up front (set at 2.1 or 2.8, your call) or do the whole Eibach Pro kit (around $600 from GotExhaust just PM Nick) for your level.

Why not just get the Nittos 35x11.5 wide?

EF6DB4AE-3049-440E-93CE-63C0045EB723.jpeg 12.5 wide on 20x9 is hit or miss from what I read. Really depends on the sidewall of the tire brand. Aggressive sidewall factors in too. Im 305/55/20, right on the tire it says OD:33 OW:12.5. I have a slight, very slight rub at full lock reverse. Control arm just barely touches the sidewall lugs of my Falkens. But those lugs stick out a bit.

I'm running the 4" SST lift kit, 20x9 Fuel Vectors wheels and 35x12.50 Nitto Trail Grapplers. No complaints about the leveling kit but its mostly on road use with just limited time off road. No rubbing on the tires.

have had Bilsteins on Suburbans in the past and liked them. put the 5100 at max lift on the 2011 Ram 4x4 and not impressed. definitely didn't look like 2+ inches of lift and they were worn smooth out at 40000 miles. the lifetime warranty they claim is only if the shock fails from a defect.
will probably go back with a real lift this time!!

I can vouch for the Nittos-I have 35X12.5x20 ridge grapplers and I'd recommend to everyone-no noise, aggressive tire, seems to do fine in snow and rain so far. I got all four of mine for $1600, tirebuyer.com. Just watched a video from Custom Offset yesterday about lift kits and tires-they are big on rough country for the price (kinda entry level lift)-I actually have on my truck and seems to be fine. They also are big on the Ridge Grappler tires. Said most of the trucks they are doing they are using the nitto ridge grapplers. I do like those Falkens, almost went with those because some buddies have em and really like them. My cousin used Bilstiens on his ram and he likes them for what its worth. My rough country 3.5 lift was $750 installed. IMG_3743.jpg IMG_3853.jpg IMG_3851.jpg

Nothing wrong with the Nitto tires but depending on how you drive, you may well get up to 20k more miles out of the BFG's. That's what I run with and I like them. Very little noise and good winter traction here in MN.

lifted 2.8" with Bilstein 5100s in front to remove rake and added BFG TA KO2 LT275/60R20s..... $200 for the Bils, $135 for the install....and $834 all in for the BFGs.....also much milder approach...just saying...
