Leveling Kit/Tires/Wheels

I own a 2012 1500 4.7 V8 4x4 and am looking to level it, get tires & wheels ASAP. I am pretty new to this so my question is for a $3,000 budget in mind, what leveling kit brand/size would you guys recommend?

Also, I wanted 33' tires (was looking at some duramax's) but found out 35s will fit fine with a level. What would the difference in gas mileage be about? Also, was looking at 17-20 inch rims (black). Those aren't a big issue for me, I more so want to get the level right & tire size right.

**** man. My 35" federals with my rims and bilsteins was only $1900, you got plenty of room. Check out sd wheels for tire packages or the bay.
