I can attempt to answer questions 1 and 2. 3 & 4 requires additional input

Per Google

The 2021 Ram 1500 Warlock is based on the Ram 1500 Classic and comes with a 3.6L V6 or 5.7L HEMI V8 engine option, producing 305 hp or 395 hp, respectively. It features a 1-inch suspension lift, 17-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, a Rebel-style grille, and a sport hood. Towing capacity ranges up to 10,610 lbs, with a payload of up to 1,810 lbs depending on the configuration.

Here is my 2024 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock with 315 70 17 with Zero suspension modifications.

now I did add .375 hub centric spacers, to space the front tires out from the upper front control arms a bit. I had 3/8 clearance without the spacers,, which required longer wheel studs and different lug nuts. However if you go with 11.5 wide tires vs 12.5, you can avoid all this.

I've got over 12k miles on mine, with no rubbing and no issues.

my tires are 315 70 17 which are 34.6 inches tall, 12.4 inches wide and obviously 17 inches for wheel size.

I hope this helps. If and when I ever lift the front end, it will be with bilstein 5100s or 6112s set at 2.1 or 2.4 respectively.

1 & 2 pretty well covered.

3) Spacer lifts are known to cause issues. Either buy a real lift or don't mess with it.

4) In general, you can either sit level when unloaded but you will squat with a load, or you can have the rear slightly higher (rake) and be level with a load, which is how these come from the factory. You *could* level it, and then run a set of air bags in the rear to lift it back up when you have a load to keep it level, but I wouldn't mess with that.
