1500 or 2500?

Either way, my first idea is tires. Old/cheap tires can have issues that cause vibrations no matter how much you try to balance them.

Or you can have an worn out component somewhere allowing things to move, although that's something the alignment shop should have found and pointed out to you.

My thoughts would be to remove the spacers and make sure that the pucks added didn't do harm to your existing UCA and LCA bushings.

Then, you should chang out whatever components the pucks caused to prematurely wear out.

Then go with Bilstein or Eibach struts and replace the stock struts with a leveling strut that will keep the geometry right, give the leveling you were after, and not cause the harm that the spacers cause.

Finally throw the pucks in the trash where they belong.
