I have a 2018 ram that I was told had a 4 inch lift. I replaced the 4 inch strut spacer with rough country 4 inch struts and the truck still did not level out. I think they put a 6 inch coil spring on the back and only did the 4 inch spacer on the front. Im sitting on 35x12.5x20 red dirt road Mt tires and 20 inch XD wheels. Does anyone have the hight measurements from the ground to the middle edge of the wheel well on a similar year and tire size?

Most 6" lifts come with 3" rear coils or blocks. I'm not following what your question is? Was the strut you replaced a factory strut? Do you have any pictures of it? The 4" spacer is the norm as 6" come with 5" spacer plus a preload ring. What brand is the lift and post some pictures of the suspension parts. We can get you dialed in to where you want to be

Then its probably for a 6” kit i would think.

Like he said above.
If you have the 1500 with independent suspension on the front , the spacer hight will be smaller than the actual lift obtained. Reason being is because the strut is closer to center towards the chassis of the control. So a 4" spacer will actually lift the front 5 or 6" at the wheel hub.
A solid front axle on the other hand like in a 3500, a longer spring or taller rubber spring bushing is inch for inch.

It is even advertised that way. Read note.
