Lift help

Alright guys... New to forum.. I have a 99' 1500 sport model im wanting to lift... I am thinking a 3" coil spacer, and a 1" block in the rear.. But am confused about replacing other suspension components up front... So if you have done this before advice/opinons please! Oh and also with a 3" up front ad a 1" in back would i clear 33x12.5x17???
With out rubbing of course...

33s will be no problem with a 3" lift.
