Does lifting affect performance?

I plan to do 2 inch lift.

My truck is 2015 Ram 2500 long bed cummins diesel.

I tow toy hauler about 10,000 lb.

Does lifting affect the towing capability?

I want to keep the tires and wont buy new ones.

Haven't seen any degradation in performance with my 2" level. Still using the stock shocks & springs.
