Lights in bumper in place of bezels

Bezels in front bumper make ideal location for fog or daytime running lights in my 2019 Classic Tradesman but no seems to make any. Inserted aftermarket lights in one bezel only to discover fixture was too deep. Now have another set of bezels to modify but uncertain which lights would be best fit. Seems like there should be a set of aftermarket lights available somewhere. Has anyone made a mod like this?

There are some here that use the plastic block off that you show, and mount a surface mount LED to them.

I cut a set of Ridgids into the bumper itself on my old 13 many years ago.Back then there wasn't much available except the surface mount ridgids.

There are other companies that make stuff that is similar.

First attempt mounted in bezels but failed due to depth. They worked for my tractor.
Will search for surface mounts. Thanks for the suggestions.

Diode Dynamics makes a bolt-in pair. Same locations. They are fantastic. I have a set on my 16 Laramie.
