Looking for 2005 5.7L Engine Replacement Options

Hello All,

I just blew the motor in my 2005 Power Wagon. Does anyone know what motors I can replace it with? Any suggestions? Trying to keep the replacement cost under $2500 total.

Under 2500? That's going to be tough. Have you done a local search for recks?

Yes, I found a 2010 motor for $1300 with 80K on it. Most yards want upwards of $2200. I can get a remanufactured motor with a 3 year warranty for about $2400. A MOPAR motor is $4K at my buddy's price.

I'm not sure if I can use the 2010 motor.
