Hello There, i own a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab Laramie SLT, it has a Custom Welded, all steel bumper, it was custom made by the original owner, i am the 3rd, luckily the 2nd owner kept such good care of it i got such a steal and am overly happy about it (my first rig also).
The Custom bumper is HUGE! and i don't Need it or even necessarily want it, he ******* his horses with it (he also hauled horses), so i have no use for it.
I am not a bad driver at ALL but if i did somehow accidentally bump something it would most definitely put a great sized ding in whatever it was, i would say i could probably go mow down trees with this bumper its so big and strong!
So, i'm in search of a new Front Bumper (not necessarily NEW) my truck is a 2000 Ram 1500 quad cab laramie slt, its the shortbed model, v8 5.9.
Anyone know where i could get a front bumper for my truck? the custom bumper is bolt on, and probaly weighs at least a good 300+ lbs i'd assume, and i don't need it. I would happily sell it to anyone who wanted it, it's probably made for farmers, and that type of work, but i do none of that so i can't use it.
i am just looking for a front bumper to fit my truck, any opinions and comments are welcome, i would not mind having to travel a little to get it either, or order it, Whatever it may be.
