eBay. Search your part number without the aa at the end. There is a used one for sale less than a hundred bucks from a 2500.

I replaced mine even though it didn't need doing with a mirror/dashcam and hardwired it in along with a backup camera. You probably already have this based on the year of your rig, but it works great for me and thought I would share the idea.
