Looking to buying a 2016 1500

Long story short someone I was close with passed away and his wife has offered me his truck for $19k. Only thing concerning me is idle hours. Oil changes and maintenance was always done on time. No ticks or anything and drives great. Should I be concerned.

I have 50k miles and ~104 idle hours on my 2015... this dude was committed to idling!

If it's not ticking then it's probably OK, I expect if it was going to have a problem it would have by now.
