Looking to make some upgrades

I have a 2012 1500 with the 5.7 and I’m looking to build up a little extra power but I don’t know where to begin. Any suggestions?

Pedal Commander, Nick at got exhaust good pricing. Not gonna give you more power, but guys like the gains more then tuners. Easier install, not the same issues with tuners.

What gear ratio? Have you considered a tuner ?

Add a custom tune to a programmer, get a CAI, put on some freer flowing mufflers and try out the Pedal Commander. That combination usually works pretty well. Also, consider some tall (numerically) gears.
