Will the 3865 or 3815 calibrate the speedometer on a 2003 dodge ram hemi, 5.7 of course, 4wd, for 325/65/18 tires?

Yes, either one will.

If that's atoll you're looking for, an older model 3715 will do the trick as well. Check before buying though, if it's really old it won't have hemi support.
