Lost climate control & other controls

I have a 2016 3500 limited. Decided to upgrade radio to a telsa style android radio and lost : air brake, alt height control, tow/ haul and other button controls coupled with losing my climate control. Help!!!!! I guess the computers are off line. Any advise is appreciated. I’ll go to a dealer for a program update if required. I am desperate.

Check battery voltage if you have a weakened battery some options will automatically shut down to conserve battery life.

You need to ensure the CANBUS protocol is set to "changyuantong with bagu"

Doesn't this setup use some sort of bus interface module so the new screen is capable of sending the correct bus messages? My first guess is that this interface isn't working. I'm assuming what you installed has a history of working in the same model year RAM vehicles.

was the tesla style radio something that is sold in a Ram truck
Or is it an after market product

If it is after market, there should be a steering wheel pigtail
OR possible you need to reinstall the original radio & set steering wheel controls to work & go from there
