i own a 2023 Ram 1500 Limited - 5.7l hemi with etorque. More times than not - when i do an auto start or remote start of the truck in hope of having the CLIMATE CONTROL kick on before i enter the vehicle - i arrive to a vehicle that is excessively hot from the summer's sun's rays. I've been through the menu of option settings - and it is properly set to allow the climate control on for both all vehicle starts and remote ones too. doesn't seem to matter if the climate was last set to AUTO function or set to MAX AC or any other option. I have to manually press the start button for the climate control to come on. Is there something built into the system that overrides climate on remote starts if the temperature reading of the truck is over 100 degrees (which it often shows as a black truck with black interior). how do i fix this - if possible. please advise with any advice! thx. in advance!!
