Lots of "lost communication" codes, Battery? PCM/ECM? Something Else?

My 2013 1500 tradesman with the 4.7 just started throwing a bunch of communication codes (at the bottom of this post). The dash gauges will turn on and off (speedo/tach/etc) and the display flickers as well. Occasionally "no bus" shows up on the screen as it boots up/shuts down. A bunch of warning lights pop up but the truck is running smoothly.

I initially checked my battery voltage at 12.35 volts, hooked up to a charger and now its at 12.5/12.6 or so. Battery is almost 2 yrs old. I cleaned the terminals (they looked clean already), inspected/cleaned the frame grounding point by the battery, unplugged and plugged back in the connectors under the steering wheel by the pedals and also the ones in the BCM. I pushed in all the fuses in fuse box and checked them for continuity.

Before I did any of that work, the codes included a lot of modules. After doing the stuff above, the codes are mainly limited to ABS/Traction control. They popped up even after a fresh charge and after a minute or two of running time. Do these look like my battery is going bad and causing havoc? Alternator? PCM? I'm inclined to think that with so many different modules there's a power supply issue or something like that. How would I know if my alternator were going bad?

Truck has had zero issues at all for 141,000 miles. I had it parked at a friends house for 5 days while I travelled, and it started throwing the codes when they were on the way to the airport to pick me up.

Here is a quick clip of the dash, but this is after the reset and the only persistent caution light is the traction control. Before I did anything above, the check engine light, traction control, and TPMS all stayed on. (TPMS readings were still visible on the computer though): https://youtu.be/t5xTCWj-XW4

Codes:

After the battery charge/cleaning/unplugging/etc (what's currently popping up on my scanner):

note: the TPMS readings just starting showing blank - they were all fine before I did any work, not sure if they just need to relearn since I haven't driven fast/far enough yet.

Sounds like a bad CAN Buss or bad CAN Buss Star Connector. There are several, and they act as a communications bridge between the various computer modules in your truck.
