Need Help with Electrical Issue

I was Driving the other day after a hard rain had stopped. Out of no where all my tire sensors went off and then every light on the dash came on and my truck turned itself off. I didnt drive through any high water over a few inchs the truck was overheating nor did the battery die to my knowledge. When i check the battery is was good but when i would try and start my truck it wouldnt go pass the Push to Start on the dash and i kept hearing a noise from the shifter clicking back and forth. I tow it towed to a Dealership and then tried starting it it came on and ran with no issues. I took it to get the check engine light looked at and i have a lot of Lost Communication codes with the Steering Column Control Module , ECM/PCM A , Body control Module , TCM , Occupant Restrain Controller , Power Steering Control Module 'A' , Invalid Data Received from Power Steering Control Module 'A' , Lost Communication with Driver Assistance System Module , Lost communication with Parking assist Control Module , Dynamic steering Torque request denied , U11E4 , U11E4-00 Code for Can communication messages missing and Active grill Air Shutter B stuck off which I know what that is. I came here to advice to see what it could be like a fuse or wiring issue or something more serious. I will be checking all the ground wires later today to see if anything is loose

Start with a new battery.Your due for one anyways if it's still the original battery.
If you don't have one of these old school toaster testers,pick one up,for 20 bucks it shouldn't bankrupt you.

I had the battery tested and replaced so the battery is good the issue Im having is the F28 fuse PCM/ECM IGN isn't getting power but F35 PCM/ECM/PPU/MGU/WAKE UP/EPS/ATMM/ESP is good and same with the F54 PCM. Im also having a hard time finding the actual PCM on my truck as it should be on the passenger side on the fire wall but there's nothing there
