lower valance lights

I've seen all the lightbar threads. What I'm looking for is to mount a pair of say Hella or PIAA lights in the lower valance of my '15 Sport that would fit in there.

I saw a truck recently that had these. The valance was cut to make space for them to fit recessed and it looked great.

Just wondering if anyone here has done it, what lamps were used and how you mounted them.
