Key points in the video:
- dirty oil particles smaller than what the filter can catch act as abrasive material/sandpaper
- oil should be changed very frequently at <= 10,000 miles, changed less frequently after breakin, and then changed more frequently as engine nears end of life
- changing filter too early in mid engine life can be a negative thing as filters get more efficient/effective as they load up
- oil viscosity is very important, use higher grades
- use top tier fuel to keep injectors clean, this helps reduce gas in your fuel, fuel in the oil reduces viscosity

He also said oil that's been run for a while will have a lower ISO code (less dirty) than virg|n oil which I thought very interesting.
