I've followed the updates from Justin Wheeler in his "high mileage ram 1500" since he started, and he just posted an update. Unfortunately the 5.7 is down with hemi tick (cam/lifters) at around 325 miles.

Original transmission without fluid change(!), man that ZF is the real deal. He does a lot of towing too, that truck is worked hard.
The whole video is a great watch as he mentions what has gone with the truck and what hasn't.
