Lug Nut Question

I am really confused on what lug nuts I need to purchase. I have spent hours searching on here and on the web and I still can't figure out which ones I need. I have a 2012 Ram 1500 crew cab 4X4 sport. I have Fuel Vapor 18X9 -12 offset wheels. Which lug nuts will I need to purchase for these wheels to work? I read some information that the 2012 and the 2013-current threads are different. I am new to all this stuff and never had after market wheels on any of my trucks. I apologize in advance if this has been covered on here but I couldn't come up with a for sure answer after all my searching. THANKS in advance!!

Yes I have and they say that a Fuel authorized dealer/installer should have the correct ones available.

If there is a m stamped on the outside of your current lugs they are metric thread.

I just checked and there is an M stamped on them. So now I know that they are metric. Thanks for the picture and response!!

09-11 were 9/16th

12+ are 14x1.5

i think 2012 they switched to metric thread. Mine are standard thread.

Thanks guys!! So I need 14x1.5 it sounds like, but do I need acorn lugs spline lugs or either one will work? Thanks
