Maestro, Android Auto, and Pioneer AVH 2440 NEX

It appears one , two, or all three of them in one order or anther do not like the hot Arizona summer... When it's super hot in the truck cab, Android auto just refuses to work.... Anyone experience this?

Never heard of that issue before... but as I said before we only have issues with Android Auto and not their counterpart.

Yeah, idk what it is but it works normal in the mornings... But ever since the heat got turned up to feel like the devil's ass, it won't load.

Just to rule out the Android part, set up a friend’s iPhone with CarPlay and see if the issue persists.

Yup - try another android phone and an iPhone. If issue persists then we can dig into the radio/usb connection

ok not sure if this is related but It might help....I have 2330 and i was having issues with my Apple play not connecting in the heat as or just disconnecting....long story short...it was the aftermarket lightning plug i was using...,grabbed an OEM for it and haven’t had an issue since...,

I dont know about your pioneer but I ordered certain c-usb cords reccomend on the pioneer site and it worked on my pioneer 7200. I'll try and find the list
