My truck is close to being back together. Some tuning on the 03 pcm and it'll be ready until I swap out the pcm for a 05 pcm and then another round of tuning. Never ends...

Why not skip the 03 pcm tuning and save the money for the 05 pcm tuning? Just thinking out loud. Or is there an issue with the 03 pcm that the tune will solve for the moment?

I've been working on various 03 PCM's for years and it has evolved to the current modified 03 PCM (manual). This PCM has a B&G flash and a lot of cmr tuning done to it. My cmr tuner and I would like to see this PCM successfully support my supercharged modified 5.7 hemi. We have a lot of time and money invested in this pcm and it's gotten to a point that we want to prove that a 03 pcm can be tuned. I'm going bigger and the 05 pcm will make life simpler in the future. The 05 pcm is also a manual trans unit and is B&G flashed and will be cmr tuned. Finding a 05 manual trans PCM was a 2 year search that's a story of it's own. All great fun.....

Right now, I need headers and exhaust put on that I ordered but in the future possibly some engine internals upgrades and stuff. I live in Chantilly.

Not real sure. Maybe try Hi-Tech in Chantilly. They do a little bit of everything. They are a little on the high side but, they're are pretty good.

There is a TnT at VMP the 19th (sat) daytime. I'll be there when they open, until about 1pm. A week or so ago red ran a 12.8 and laid down the last half. So I'm expecting good numbers this trip. Had the w/m turned up too high. Meet up if you can..
