Mediacenter 431 Power Problems

hi together,

I am driving a 2012 Dodge Ram 5.7.

Here is my problem I can't solve and have no idea how to fix it:
The dodge has had a flat battery and got a start-up aid(jump start). All other technical requirements are given.

BUT now, I can't get the Mediacenter running. There is no power supply anymore.

Is this problem known to somebody?

Check for a blown fuse??

The fuse is ok, not blown. Any other ideas?

Only other thing I can think of is disconnect the battery for 20/30 minutes to see if a reset changes anything. Hopefully when you jumped it some type of surge didn't short out the component.
