Hi guys! I have a question with this. How can I repair it? I need to replace all this mirror? Maybe I can replace only one plastic detail from this mirror?

Hello Roman, that piece is replaceable by its self. Make sure to fold mirror in then that cover pops off. Hope this helps if you have not already done so.
