So I swapped out my stock mirrors with tow and the button to fold them doesn't work any way to make this happen?

My non tow did power fold!

If it can be done, I think the dealer has to activate this feature . just a guess.

Exactly. Bought oem tow mirrors. My originals were power fold in. These tow ones aren’t. Funny thing was when the tow mirrors went on the switch to adjust them was backwards. They had put a code in or something .

if they are OEM mirrors, just google the part number on them.... or take a picture of the plugs so we can see the wiring and someone might be able to tell you that way.

If they were power fold mirrors then they should work when you press the button.... so I'd guess they are just manual fold.

If you truck can from the factory with power fold mirrors and your new tow mirrors do not fold then i would bet they aren't power fold, you shouldn't have the do anything if you already had that option.

No he doesn’t, he already had power folding regular mirrors so all he needed to do is install the power folding tow mirrors and they would work. OBDgenie is over priced, you can just buy AlfaOBD App and a OBD link MX. You can do so much more with it and cheaper too!!!
