2022 tradesman mirrors

My 2022 ram 2500 tradesman has stock mirrors. I am wanting to replace with tow mirrors. My mirrors have 5 wires and all tow mirrors I have found have 7 wires so they won't work. All local dealers are saying they can't be switched out. Do you have any advice?

I’m looking to replace the gigantic tow mirrors on a 2019 ram 2500 with smaller normal sized mirrors. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of any smaller options? Thanks
