Mainly it depends on whether the 2019 mirrors were on a DS 4th Gen Ram
or a DT 5th Gen Ram

The next thing i think is if the 3 bolts holding the mirror onto the truck doors has the exact same bolt pattern

If the new mirrors were 2017 & maybe 2018, i would say they would bolt right up

not sure if it is correct but i have learned that 2011 to 2013 will work but up to 2019 have a control module in the door that operates the mirrors but they will bolt on! not sure if there is any way around this!

The Gen4 truck underwent a major update starting with the 2013 model year, the vehicle wiring, comm structure and modules changed. For most of the vehicle electrical it 2009 through 2012 and 2013 through 2022 is the years you can interchange items.
It's not say you couldn't get the mirrors to work by rewiring/repining the plugs, you would need to compare the existing.
