I'm planing on adding a set of header and ported throttle body and a cutom tune, my question is should I do the headers and throttle body first and then have it tuned since I would have the mods on for the tuning or will it not make that big of a difference to do the tune first then then other mods?

mod first then tune. That way when you data log they can see how the truck is running with mods as a baseline

You could always tune first , mod, then retune.......

reasons

1. tuners offer free updates

2. you could get a separate baseline tune for the mods before installing the mods. That way you would have it as soon as you put the mods on...

just a couple thoughts

Mod first, then tune, especially for those mods. More air in will have an impact on your air/fuel ratio, a critical parameter for tuning.
