I just installed Morimoto hybrid LED headlights on my 2020 2500. I reused my original bulbs in the turn signals, but they won't turn on for the flashers. I get a message that turn signal lights are out, and the signals hyperflash. The rear turn signals work fine, and flash normally. The mirror signals flash fast. But no turn signals in the front. Also, no hazard lights in the front.
Any idea how to get them working?

Check the connectors as it should work as wiring and bulb never changed
at least on my 2018
I also added 2 relays and a little wiring so DRL's work correctly

The turn signal bulbs actually illuminate, but not as turn signals: just as part of the daytime running lights. The truck still says that the turn signal lights are out, and makes me push the start button twice to start it up. So it seems like some sort of computer glitch where it won't even try to run the signals. So it's not a connection issue.

Not a Ram, but, I changed the headlights out on my niece's Camry. Everything was working fine until the swap. Then front turn signals would not work. Bulbs looked good and the DRL worked fine. Went to the auto parts store and bought new bulbs, turn signals worked after replacing them. Maybe the bulbs gave up the ghost?

Were the headlights hybrids? I just installed hybrid headlights in my 2020 diesel 2500, and the front turn signals wouldn't work. Morimoto had lots of suggestions, but none of them helped at all.
I finally returned them and bought even more expensive fully LED headlights. Those worked. I like the new headlights, but the hassle to get everything working wasn't really worth it.

Bringing this back I have the same issue. They were working at first but then just suddenly stopped working. Any suggestions. This is on a 2024 2500

My situation was slightly different. I bought the hybrid headlights for my 2020 2500 diesel. They reuse the amber halogen turn signal lamps. The turn signals flashed briefly when first installed and never even blinked thereafter. After days with tech support it turned out that at least one other 2500 couldn't get the turn signals to work.
I wound up exchanging the hybrids for an even more expensive set with LED turn signals. Those worked fine with no issues.

I have read somewhere that replacing the factory bulbs with 3157 bulbs will fix the issue.

LOL I wish that Morimoto tech support knew that! It would've saved me days of uninstalling and reinstalling headlights, and hundreds of dollars.

Well the 3157 bulbs dont even go into the socket. I tested the socket it has no power to it. Is there a fuse for the front turnsignal bulbs?

There is a fuse, and it likes powers a few things besides just the turn signals. Your owner's manual can tell you which one to check.
If the fuse isn't the issue you should at least pressure Morimoto to discount the upgraded lights. The all-LED lights have 3 projectors instead of two. They know that their hybrids don't always work on 2500s.
Don't put everything together before you adjust them. Mine had to be lowered a bit to keep from blinding other drivers. It's possible to adjust them with most things attached, but not simple.

Yea when i installed them they worked then all of a sudden nothing. No power to the plugs and the bulbs are ok. I can hear the bcm / relay clicking when i have it on. I’m going to call morimoto on monday. I wonder if alphaobd can do something to fix it.

Fuses are good. I hooked up my alphaobd it makes the lights work for 4 blinks then they throw a code for open circuit. Then they go back out again. If that makes any sense

Talk to Morimoto on Monday. Know that in my case, one other before me, and now you, the hybrids didn't work.

The codes that it’s throwing is B1756 and B1757. Open short to ground. Like i said i can reset the code and It blinks 4 times and quits

You're gonna have to face it: those lights are not working. See if you can convince Morimoto upgrade to the next level for free. (I couldn't, but another year later and probably another failure or so, who knows maybe they will.) Talk to a supervisor. They won't want you to, but push for it. They will ship the new set and you can use the packaging to send back the ones you have been working on.

So I called Morimoto. apparently if you switch the bulbs around in the sockets they will start to work. I dunno how or why but they started working.

Well cool. But it seems more like it fixed itself. Still, working is working.
