Morimoto xb turn signal issues

Hey guys I’ve found a couple threads about this same issue but haven’t found a solution in her yet. I just bought some used Morimoto xb headlights for my 2017 express. With the key in the “run” position the turn signals work fine. When I start the engine only the first 1-2 inches flashes and that’s it. Any ideas what could be going on?
