Moto fan 3" level or zone 4"

Stuck between a cheap level or a 4" zone. Would like to know pros and cons of both and pics if possible. Biggest wheel tire combo would be a 26x12 with a 35x12.5 but will likely be a 24x12 with a 33x12.5.either combo I'll be using a 2" wheel spacer. Yes I know most of you will frown upon those wheel and tire choices and call it a mall crawler and you are correct I live a very urbanized area and have no intentions of taking my truck any further off road than to park and unload atvs. Thanks for any input.

I don't think a cheap level will clear those wheels/spacer, you might even need a 6" kit especially if you go 35's
