Motor mounts don't fit right

Hey guys I have a 07 5.9 l Cummins we just rebuilt the motor putting it back in the truck the motor mounts same a little skinny there is about a half inch of space in between the back of the motor mount and the ear that is welded to the frame if I tighten this up all the way it will bend the ear in has anybody dealt with this before

Did you replace the motor mounts when you pulled the engine to rebuild it or are you using the original motor mounts?
