Muffler holes

Hello. 2021 6.4 2500 Tradesman and now that the weather is cold I'm seeing what I think is condensation coming from two small holes at the bottom of the muffler. Never noticed these holes or damp spot on the pavement before. Didn't notice the damp pavement last winter. Your opinions please. Thanks.

Those are weep holes, designed to allow condensate to drain from the exhaust system. Perfectly normal.

I was going to say, I've got these on mine as well, don't seem to have changed since I bought the truck new. It's a good idea that likely has helped prevent rust-out on a LOT of mufflers.
