Well I am helping a friend with his ram 2500 with a muffler. I am getting a 2500 soon so this will help me in the future as well. Anyway we are looking to get a nice deep rumble from the truck. Really only looking for mufflers because money is tight. We were looking at the flowmaster 50 series but looking more twards the 40 series bc they were a little louder and seemed to have a nice rumble we are looking for.
There are a few different 40 series and not sure what one to get. the super 40, original, delta flow etc. What have you guys liked? I am not sure the differences between them
also there are different offsets and we both have no clue what thats for. what should we go with? and what sizes should the pipe openings be for stock exaust pipes?
lastly for a dual look I seen they have the 1 in 2 out one as well. Will this help with sound or is it just for looks? And I would need another pipe for the other side so where could I get one? if its just for looks I think it may be easier for us to get the one in one out but I would like to hear what you guys think
I know you guys have always helped me in the past so looking foward for your input.
