Music Database Repair - 2010 Dodge Ram Truck

Hi all, I am new to this site and was hoping someone here could please help me out. I recently tried to import some music into my husbands system and got the 'Music Database Repair' message, clicked ok and it starts to run the repair but then cuts out at 53% and reboots. It's stuck in a loop. I have tried to reboot to factory settings but because of this 'music database repair' error it keeps on freezing out and then rebooting again. Any idea where I can get an update to restore this to the factory settings (i.e. can I download a fix to reset this?). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated as he can't even listen to the radio now without the system timing out to try and 'repair' itself.
