my 7 pin hook up

please help i used my 7 pin hook up on the 2020 ram 1500 to pull my boat up on trailer the 12 volt doesnt work i blew something and cant find it please help i have tried the fuses it told me to am i missing something i also put a new plug on the truckall lights work just not the 12 volt pin

Could be a wire connection issue somewhere from the engine bay back, or like mine it could be the TIPM itself not sending power.

Get a test bulb and start at the plug to verify no power and start following the wire forwards and see if you can find power. If you get all the way up into the engine bay and the wire is dead then it's probly the TIPM.

Have you verified the 30A Fuse F01 on the interior fuse panel below the steering wheel?
