My build thread: slowly but surely

Well im new here so i figured i would start a build thread. so far i have put on a stock bumper with fogs and 6in hella 500s, i put in a 2001 front axle bc when i bought the truck it didnt have a drivers side axle shaft lol, new muffler (too quiet now), new tires 315/75/16. When i bought her it already had a 3in lift.
My plans for her are get some deisel springs and put my 4.5in lift spacers on, 1 ton steering, trac bar, drop pitman arm, 4in aal with 2in drop shackles, paint, roof rack, headlights/taillights, headers, cai, full exhaust, 4.10 gears, plus general maintenence stuff like ball joints and things of that nature. Here she is from the time i bought her till now.

Thanks it was a pinion gear out of an inboard mercury. I need to get it powdercoated. Most of that mod list will be done by the end of the year hopefully

Sounds like a great fun truck! Look forward to seeing this build progress.
Might go with 4.56s though. I had them with the 5.9 gasser and it still needed moar gear (with a 34" tire)

Thats what i was thinking. 4.56 especially since im on the edge with 37s when these wear out. Oh i forgot to add i might do a 3in body lift also. Ill keep everything posted on here. Still chasing a few vacuum problems. My 4wd light is always on and i tested the swith and the switch works. I took the actuator off and moved it over to unlock the axle. The light went out but when i kicked it into 4x4 it didnt kick in. But today the light popped back on. Idk what to do. Ive looked for all leaks and put a gauge on it and im getting 20lbs. Any advice would be great.
