My Radio keeps going back to the Factory settings???

It just started doing this about a month or so ago. About every 3-4 days, I'll start my truck and the radio settings are all back to the factory settings. I checked my fuses and battery connections, and they seem good. I did not see any corrosion anywhere on the battery terminals. My search on the forum turned up nada.

Has anyone experienced this before?

I do not have memory seats. Both seats are power. But no memory

Well it reset again today. I'm wondering if I have something major going on here. I do not have my passenger side front window switch (doesn't work), driver's side door lock button doesn't work. Now the radio is resetting every so often.
