I have a very slow coolant. There’s no signs of drips anywhere. But I believe it’s water pump is there any other areas that it’s common to leak from

Press the carpet on the passenger side, if it’s not wet, it’s fine. If it’s wet, it’s leaking.

Is the leak inside your truck or outside??? I’d say weep hole in the water pump would be a good place to check out first.

Mine was a leak on passenger side of radiator where the plastic of Radiator crimps to the metal. It was at the bottom and was difficult to spot, was only a seep and not a drip or run of liquid. I had to lift the rubber air flap guarding the bottom of the radiator to see it. Had some dried pink/purple color from the coolant and a smell when the engine was warm.

Coolant Smell
After looking for days I found the radiator to be the problem. 5 days to get a new one under warranty.
Standing facing the radiator I removed the panel push retainer with my right hand and pulled the top cover back in order to get a better look. On the driver side corner the radiator was wet. Their was never a wet spot on the ground or wet anywhere else.
This is my first post, I hope that it may help others. With all the noise about the water pump I really figured it to be the problem, but not so in my case. 6.7L 6-Cylinder Turbo Diesel Engine
